How do I initiate a return?
- Provide your order number and email address to begin.
- Specify the items you wish to return.
- Upon approval, receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions.
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days from the purchase date
- Unused and in resellable condition
- In the original packaging with all tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
Discounted items, workshops and custom commissions are not eligible for return.
The item I received is damaged!
In case of a faulty product, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Can items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?

How do I ship back the items?
Refer to the email received after initiating the return request for instructions on shipping the returned products.
How soon will I get my refund?
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, you will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5 – 7 working days.
